38 Things about Guys
(I'll run through to see if all these points are true for me! haha)

1. Guys are more emotional than you think, if they loved you at one point, it'll take them a lot longer than you think to let you go, and it hurts every second that they try.
(Quite true.. )

2. Guys may be flirting around all day, but before they go to sleep, they always think about the girl they truly care about.
(DUH! i don't know about other guys.)

3. Guys go crazy over a girl's smile.
(Definitly! Girls should always smile more.. smiles are so much better than cosmetics)

4. Guys will do anything just to get you to notice him.
(Not all the time.. if you overdo, girl's will just think that you are clingy and they will probably start ignoring you)

5. Guys hate it when you talk about your ex-boyfriend or ex love-interest. Unless they're going for the let-her-complain-to-you-and-then-have-her-realize-how-wonderful-and-nice-you-are method.
(I Dont Know about this)

6. A guy who likes you wants to be the only guy you talk to.
(Subconsciously, it happens all the time.. but if a girl notices this motive, I think she'll probably be freakin pissed and start ignoring you.. but this would definitly not happen if there is already a close friendship formed)

7. Boyfriends need to be reassured often that they're still loved.
(Thats why communication is important, same concept as reading the bible and praying to GOD daily...)

8. Guys don't care how gorgeous you are, if you're a bitch Goodbye.
(One of my criteria.. I'm running on an anti bitch software)

9. Giving a guy a hanging message like 'You know what?!..uh...nevermind..' would make him jump to a conclusion that is far from what you are thinking. And he'll assume he did something wrong and he'll obsess about it trying to figure it out.
(Thanks God this never happened to me before.. I'll definitly get quite annoyed by this kind of messages)

10. Girls are guys' weaknesses.
(Not all the time.. girl's can also be their strength)

11. Guys are very open about themselves.
(I'm quite open..)

12. If a guy tells you about his problems, he just needs someone to listen to him. You don't need to give advice.
(Bullshit.. we should always encourage and help each other.. )

13. A usual act that proves that the guy likes you is when he teases you.
(Ya quite true.. but I don't overdo it as sometimes this may bring across the wrong impression that u are a flirt.. )

14. Guys love you more than you love them.
(I think so..)

15. Guys use words like hot or cute to describe girls. They rarely use beautiful or gorgeous. If a guy uses that, he loves you or likes you a whole hell of a lot.
(Untrue for me)

16. No matter how much guys talk about butts and boobs, personality is key.
(YEAH BALLS!)

17. Guys worry about the thin line between being compassionate and being whipped.
(pardon?! IDK!)

18. Guys think WAY too much. One small thing a girl does, even if she doesn't notice it can make the guy think about it for hours, trying to figure out what it meant.
(Happens to me when I'm bored)

19. If the guy does something stupid in front of the girl, he will think about it for the next couple days or until the next time he spends time with the girl.
(Yes.. it can badly affect a guy, thats why communication is important)

20. If a guy looks unusually calm and laid back, he's probably faking it and is spazzing inside.
(That happens when a guy is about to say hi to someone special.. or i can say in the midst of a conversation with someone special.. as what I said, we like to put up a confident front!)

21. When a guy says he is going crazy about the girl, he really is. Guys rarely say that.
(They onli say that to themselves or their closest friends)

22. When a guy asks you to leave him alone, he's just actually saying, 'Please come and listen to me.'
(sometimes.. you just gotta read between the lines)

23. If a guy starts to talk seriously, listen to him. It doesn't happen that often, so when it does, you know something's up.
(I must thank God that most of my friends are good listeners!)

24. When a guy tells you that you are beautiful, don't say you aren't. It makes them want to stop telling you because they don't want you to disagree with them.
(Yes.. it's only polite and sincire to say Thanks and smile back no matter how much they praise you or make good comment on you..)

25. When a guy looks at you for longer than a second, he's definitely thinking something.
(For me it's the eye contact that gives a warm and fuzzy feeling..)

26. A guy has more problems than you can see with your naked eyes.
(Guys always like to put up a strong front.. I must say it's an instinct that God gave to guys.. for example you may see them as bubbly outside, but then you'll never ever know whats happening inside..)

27. Don't be a snob. Guys can be intimidated and give up easily.
(I don'think so..)

28. Guys talk about girls more than girls talk about guys.
(I think so..)

29. Guys really think that girls are strange and have unpredictable decisions and are MAD confusing but somehow are drawn even more to them.
(YES>> Especially when u are in the stage of getting to know them better.. things always turn out unpredictable and weird)

30. A guy would give his right nut to be able to read a girl's mind for a day.
(AH thats very true for me.. that's every wish of a guy who has feelings for a girl)

31. No guy can handle all his problems on his own. He's just too stubborn to admit it.
(Maybe it's true..)

32. Not all guys are jerks. Just because ONE is a jackass doesn't mean he represents ALL of them.
(YES.. girl's out there, don't ever stereotype us based on your past experience with someone bad)

33. They love it when girls talk about their boobs. haha it's true.. (CRAP!)

34. When a guy hits your butt it means that he wants you sexually
(I don't think so)

35. Even if they refuse it all guys are ticklish on the ribs.
(I think so...)

36. Guys love neck rubs and if he lets you keep doing it ..it means that he really likes you or his neck really hurts.
(I don't know about this)

37. When a guy sacrifices his sleep and health just to be with you, he really likes you and wants to be with you as much as possible. (DUH!)

38. Even if you dump a guy months ago and he loved you he probably still does and if he had one wish it would be you to come back into his life.
(First love is important, it can either leave a terrible scar or a lasting happiness, thats why when falling in love, always have the idea of them being your life partner, never ever do it for the thrill of it)

You know you are a pianist when:

1. You actually know how to pronounce the word pianist(Yup.. who does'nt knows)

2. You find yourself using your desk at school as an imaginary keyboard (When I'm restless ot bored.. definitly yes!)

3. You know how to play more than the classic song "heart and soul" ~ by the way that is the most annoying song ever and kills a part of my soul everytime I hear it (what song is that?!?!)

4. You can memorize every note in a song without trying (Provided I love the piece)

5. You can play any song that you've learned on your desk

6. You can play counter melodies (right and left hands playing different melodies at the same time)

7. You dream of one day owning a Steinway Grand or at least playing on one (definitly yes! I want a model B!)

8. You can look at a keyboard and instead of seeing just a bunch of keys, you see sections that are clearly divided (YES!)

9. You can play more than just the 1st movement of the Moonlight Sonata (Done with 3rd movt already, now working on 2nd movt)

10. You can play more than one sonata (classical pianists)( DUH!)

11. You can't drive by a piano store without your inner pianist telling you to pull in and test some pianos out( DUH!)

12. Everytime you see an Asian, you wonder if they are better than you at piano ~ not meant to be racist but its the truth (Deep down inside... hmm.. i must confess.. YES)

13. You can practice for two hours and it only seems like you practiced for a half-hour (Provided I'm working on difficult works I really like)

14. You can pronounce Mozart correctly, oh yea and Chopin ~ If you pronounce Chopin like chopin' wood, you deserve to be shot ( I used to pronounce it wrongly.. haha)

15. You constantly find yourself moving your pinkeys up and down hoping to finally get the correct motion

16. Your thumbs automatically tuck under when you play a scale

17. You realize that Steinway is the best and you can't get any better ~ I will admit that Yamaha does produce some nice affordable pianos though

18. You blow off your friends to go to your piano lesson and you're glad you did ( Never happen before, during recitals, maybe i think )

19. If one key on your piano is even slightly flat or sharp, you know it right away (yes!)

20. You feel the urge to hit whoever is playing Greensleeves or Chopsticks for the 100th time (haha.. yeah)

21. You can play better than your first teacher (Maybe..)

22. You find yourself using piano as on outlet for all your emotions (YESYESYES!!!! )

23. After a rough day, you have actually talked to your piano like it was a pet, and then felt better (Never happen before)

24. You can feel keys and know what note it is without looking (sometimes)

25. You realize that in the long run pianists get more girls than high school athletes, so you practice that much harder each day~ I guess this can work for girls getting guys too,,,not quite sure though being a guy myself ( I don't know abt this...)

26. Everytime you see a piano with the keys covered, you want to run over and take a look at those ivories (yes!)

27. You've memorized most models that Steinway makes (model A/B/C anything else??)

28. You know that Steinways come from two distinct factories (Yeah.. Hamburg factory in Germany and New York factory)

29. You know where the largest collection of Steinway pianos in the world is (Steinway Hall in NY I think)

30. When you hear someone say "keyboard" you instantly think of a piano (Nope)

31. You've had at least one dream where you play piano at a huge concert (Yeah.. happened bfr)

32. You leave the practice room with sore hands, wrists, fingers and you are strangely satisfied (sometimes)

33. You only wish you could practice longer and that teachers would stop wasting your time with homework

34. If your house burned down, the only possession you fear to lose is your beloved piano
