Yesterday morning, I went to Katong mall for my usual theory and piano lessons, I really thank God I could meet up with my teacher's expectations this time..haha. Most of the time during lesson we chatted about crazy virtuosos like Pollini and Kissin..haha. After my lesson, I went back home for lunch after that followed my Dad to the rsaf airshow. At first when we reached there, the sun was like scorching. We had to go through some seriously irritating and long security checks. The exhibits were rather cool, a huge row of F16s and other military aircrafts and of course my favourite C130...The crowd there wasn't as bad as the crowd during the Singapore airshow. I managed to get some simple door gifts after doing some survey..I really hope I could enter the airforce after finishing my BMT next time as I have a really keen interest in planes. Hopefully can apply for pilot next time if I manage to get into the airforce.

Today, went to church quite early, wah, the hall was like really cold. During sermon, I suay suay sat at a spot where the aircon was blowing directly at me, Wayne and Mervin was like sitting next to me. Today sermon, Jeremy Tan and Joshua had to assist Pastor...Damn funny la. Later on, Crystal and Mervin also kenna sabo to go up and answer Pastor's questions..Today's sermon was indeed effective in keeping away the zzz monster for most....xP..In today's sermon, the most important thing that I have learnt is not to take whatever you have for- granted as by leaning how to count my blessings, this would definitly improve my relationship with God.
Later on in the day, I met up with Shane Wee at City Hall then went to esplanade library and stayed there for about an hour. After that we went to comex. Wah.. the crowd was scary.. expexted la..last day of the exhibitions when most of the prices have been slashed. We only visited level 6 where Shane recommended. We were like sardines when we enetered the hall. Leaflets and brochures all strewned all over on the floor... We walked around. Later on, I bought an audio technica headphone for about 52bucks as I had been eyeing this particular model for quite some time..finally I could lay my hands on it..haha. later on, we went to marina square food court for dinner, then went back home.

Today, in the morning went back to my secondary school to keep in touch with my former teachers and classmates. I met up with my 'o' leel music teacher, Mr Leung. He is still the same as before..haha. In the afternoon, I went home to chiong on my exam pieces, op27 no1. Tmr got to see my piano techer for lesson, so scared kena from him again like two weeks ago, so just now I chiong make sure my technique and speed is consistent. Other than that I cleared my music theory homework. Later in the evening went to 525 for alpha. I'm looking foward to tomorrow afternoon when I will be going to the rsaf airshow with my dad and uncle.

Today, met Leonard at 11am at Tanah Merah, then went down to esplanade library to hang out. I borrowed 3 DVD on orchestral and chamber works by Beethoven and Vivaldi. Leonard borrowed 3 and Alkan Concerto score. I leeched the wireless @esplanade library, checked out some really nice videos on youtube...After that went to Marina Square food court for lunch, and I was like really shocked by the lunchtime crowd there, as usually when I go there, there would'nt be much people. This time we took some time before managing to get a seat, ate my favourite korean hotplate for lunch, wah this time really very unlucky, as there were like grains of sand in it..yucks..haiz... my impression of my favourite food there really went down -_-...After lunch, we went to NAFA to hang out an use the practice rooms to practice and relax. We got a studio with a yamaha grand:) ...We took turns to practice. The piano was rather heavy as the piano department heads in NAFA actually added weights to the keys....So the touch was like rather heavy..arrgh!!Later on some of Leonard's china classmates came in to join us..one of them played the chopin etude op10 no4 so nicely that it nearly made my jaw drop..xP...We stayed in the studio for like about 2 hrs plus until about 5 plus then made our way back home...

Today I managed to sight read the whole of Chopin etude Op10 no1 SLOWLY!!! Wohoo!! I can say that it issn't that difficult after all other than the irritating irregular appegios... Holidays are actually the best time for me to chiong my pieces. Haiz, my Beethoven sonata, still having lots of technical problems...I felt that drilling on my scales first before proceeding to my pieces really helps as a good warm up....Other than that, the weather today is rather gloomy and cold, the world is indeed beginning to screw up, global warming has indeed partly shifted the rainy and gloomy monsoon season earlier..I really hope that there would be clear skies as soon as possible..xP
